Lcross mission finds water on the moon

http://www.nytimes.com/2009/11/14/science/14moon.html?_r=1&ref=science

I think that this is a great dsicovery because now that we know that there possibly can be life on the moon. people found frozen ice underneath the moons surface. This means that There is possible life on the moon and that life can be sustainable.

In my opinion this is the discovery of the year. This is extreamly important if we ever wanted to build hotels on the moon because now we know that there can possible be life. I wonder what else is deep beneath the surface of the moon?

Lit. Summer reading

No more dead dogs

The connections i was able to make while reading this book were that me and Wallace Wallace both play sports. Although I have never had any type of detention i can imagine how it would feel not to be able to play sports. I can relate most to Wallace because we play sports and we are helpful. I think the author would be a very nice guy because the way he writes books, it is really amazing and they are fantastic books in my opinion.

Creating a landfill to have cleaner air

I think that this idea is great because now we can reduce the air pollution in Kingston, Tenn. The people are installing scrubbers in their smokestacks which reduce pollution greatly. They expect the air to be much cleaner by December of 2013 which is a very short time. They are doing this to reduce pollution which reduces acid rain.
This is a great idea because now we can turn toxins into a recyclable material called gypsum. We can use gypsum to make wood and metals. We can also greatly reduce pollution in the United states. If we install scrubbers in most of the smokestacks in america, then we will have cleaner air. I think China should use these too.
